MASS is looking for a Countermeasure Tactic Development Specialist to equip the customer's specialist personnel with the knowledge and skills to independently and indigenously assess the RF and IR threat Weapon System's vulnerabilities, exploit those vulnerabilities through the design and development of Countermeasures techniques and tactics and to communicate recommendations and rationale effectively to the users. Weapon System Analyst
MASS is looking for a Weapon System Analyst to work as part of a small team for an overseas military customer, to equip the customer with the knowledge and skills necessary to independently and indigenously analyse EW data and populate the customer's EW Database. This is primarily to address the needs of TVACD and EW Operations by collating source data required to define Weapon System engagement characteristics and behaviours and creating and maintaining Weapon System models, including their properties and fits.
